Camila Cortina is no stranger to our bandstand as a side person, but tonite she leads her own ensemble through original works and reimagined jazz standards — blending her Afro-Cuban roots with swing, funk, and beyond. For Camila, fusion is more than a style—it’s a reflection of her identity. Her music channels the rhythms of Havana and the language of jazz, shaped by memories of home and her journey abroad. Expect bold grooves, lyrical storytelling, and deep cultural resonance at the piano.
