MAX LIGHT returns to LunÀtico with a collaborative high-powered trio. Max has a new recording due out in November on Chill Tone Records with Caleb Curtis, Julian Shore, Walter Stinson and Steven Crammer. His 2024 release — “Chaotic Neutral” on AGS Recordings — was called “complex, shrouded in mystery and endlessly intriguing” and “essentially a master class in cutting paths through tricky meters” by Downbeat Magazine in a 4-star Editor’s Pick review.

“One of the most promising young guitarists to arrive on the scene in recent years.” — The New York City Jazz Record
