LunÀtico co-founder, Arthur Kell, is an internationally-acclaimed bassist and composer with a top-notch quartet.  His group has performed throughout Europe including the Copenhagen Jazz Festival, the Madrid Jazz Festival and the Jazz & More Festival (Romania).

Arthur has released four albums of original music and has written for film and performance projects with interdisciplinary artist, Quintan Ana Wikswo. He has worked with Thomas Chapin, Matt Darriau, Sam Newsome and Steve Cardenas and many others. He appears on Valerie June’s new album “Astral Plane" and has recorded alongside Bernard Purdie.

Jazz writer, Jordan Richardson, described them ~ "breaching boundaries of composition and volunteering a freer conversation." Sound apropos? We thought so.
